Wind Down is a local bedtime routine. Most answers live on the phone. If something still looks wrong, send a short report without private night details.
Common questions
Does this track my sleep?
No. There is no sensor code in the app. It cannot read a watch, a microphone, or a sleep score.
Will it charge me?
Wind Down is free. There is no trial, subscription, or paid unlock.
Where did my nights go?
They are stored locally. Uninstalling, resetting the device, or using Erase everything removes the local data. Your phone's backup service may retain a copy; manage those copies in your device backup settings. Wind Down has no server copy.
The nudge did not appear.
Check Settings → One quiet nudge, then Nudge me at. The operating system must allow notifications for Wind Down. The app schedules one local notification; it does not use a server.
Can it wake me up?
No. It is not an alarm clock.
I broke my streak.
There are no streaks.
If you report a problem, a screen recording with personal step names hidden is safer than a dump of local storage.
